Welcome

Due to organizational changes, it became necessary for me to leave the telecommunications industry.  In order for me to maintain a comfortable standard of living for my family, it was necessary to make important life changes.

With my daughter leaving for college after a year of retirement, I decided it was time to find something in the business industry that I would love and appreciate just as much as I had in the telecommunications industry.

Five years in the banking industry was interesting communicating and providing support to many clients, but I was missing something.  then one day I observed a group of individuals walking in my community that I had not noticed in previous days of sitting on the patio.

There were seven individuals being cared for in the community by resident care assistants.  These individuals were “special needs” individuals allowed by the corporate facility to live there.  I became involved in the efforts promoted by the company, and was soon asked to join them.

After becoming the supervisor, I found great joy in managing, implementing, and maintaining the needed guidelines and records to support the residents and their resident care assistants.  I also found a great deal of fulfillment achieving the needs of the clients (funding, food, clothing, amusement, and entertainment), etc.

From that day forward, I have been involved and accepted the responsibility to care for individuals in the health industry in need of private and personal care.

Yes, I consider the young, the old, and special needs who come into my life very important people.   Yes, Passionateassist.com is here. . .

Relaxing on the patio.  Quite a beautiful day.  And I have to give credit to the one who has allowed me to see this day.  Lord,  I thank you for your awesome power.  I thank you for the privilege of prayer. Also, to praise your Holy name.  Thank you for allowing individuals to come into my life and helped me grow.  Thank you Lord for the many blessings in which we have received from You.  I will continue to meditate, read devotional information, sing praises to your name, listen and act on your Word.  My prayer to to you Lord, for continued blessings upon your ministers and leaders and your children in the ministry.   Protect my family, and keep them in your care, leading, guiding them in the way you would have them to go.  And Lord, provide us with humility, integrity, credibility, love, compassion, and the required gifts/fruits of the Spirit  to carry out Your mission to the people.  In Jesus name,  Amen. . . .

Getting it Perfect

There is often great beauty to be found in imperfection. No tree is perfectly straight, no mountain peak perfectly symmetrical, and yet the world is filled with beautiful mountains, trees and other magnificently imperfect things. When a friend is hurting, you don’t have to put together the perfect combination of words to let that person [...]
